Supplier Development's goal is to maintain and grow a highly qualified supply base through capability enhancement of existing suppliers and through the onboarding and qualification of new suppliers.
Our supplier development engineers collaborate with suppliers to drive systematic problem solving and process improvement plans that deliver value.

Responsibilities
- Qualify and onboard new suppliers
- Lead systemic process improvement plans
- Monitor supplier performance indicators
- Train suppliers on key Sleep Number processes
